Meet & Greet

At Creature Comforts we want to ensure that you are comfortable and happy with your booking arrangements before your first visit commences, so we welcome you to have the opportunity to meet one of our team prior to your departure.  

Meet and Greets are available for Pet Feeding, Dog Walking and Pop-in and Play services.

All new dog-walking clients are required to book an initial K9 Meet and Greet prior to the commencement of their first booking. This meeting may include a short walk for our staff and your pet to get to know each other.

Meet n Greets can be booked through your client portal and one of our sitters will call around to your home on a day and time that works for you.

Please note that for Pet Feeding visits, the staff member that you meet during your meet-and-greet may not be the one caring for your pet for the duration of your booking. Our staff work on a roster system and while they usually work the same days each week, there may be variances due to annual leave or sickness.
