Bookings

All first-time users will need to complete the “New Client Register”.
This is a one-off registration; once you have registered, you can then use the “ Client Login”.

When you register the first time please ensure you have filled in ALL the fields under “MY INFORMATION” as we cannot process bookings if we do not know, where you are located, or what we are providing services for.

If you have not received a reply from us please check your junk/spam folder in case your reply was sent there.  If so, please select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

When using your client portal you will have access to a host of features that will make your life simpler.

In “VIEW SCHEDULE” you can;

  • see all the visits you have booked to ensure the correct services are booked

  • request and cancel services

  • review your daily service reports from your pet sitter

In “MY INFORMATION” you can

  • update your personal details if they change

  • add any additional instructions for your pet sitter
  • provide us with details of an alternative emergency contact, (this is used in an emergency if we cannot get hold of you)

  • tell us all about your pet including their feeding regime, care and any specific requirements

  • upload your favourite pet photos
