Christmas Holiday/ Peak Season Bookings
All first-time users will need to complete the “New Client Register”.
This is a one-off registration; once you have registered, you can then use the “ Client Login”.
🎄 Christmas & Summer Holiday Bookings
The Christmas / Summer season is our busiest time of the year, and our team of sitters gets fully booked well in advance. To help things run smoothly, special policies apply between 15 December – 15 January.

🐾 Availability & Booking Requirements

Spaces are limited and fill up quickly — we recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates.

A minimum of 4 consecutive visits is required for bookings between 24th of December to the 2nd of January.
- We cannot take “every other day” bookings between 24th December to the 2nd Jan.

Our standard service hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm. However, due to the significant increase in demand over the Christmas and peak period, visits may be scheduled earlier or later than these hours to ensure all confirmed bookings are accommodated.

Specific time requests cannot be guaranteed during this period. If your pets have strict timing requirements, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.

🐾 New Clients

All new clients must register first before submitting a booking request.

🐾 Booking Process
- Check that you are in one of our serviced areas.
- Register as a client if you are not one already, ensuring you have completed all of the required fields.
- Submit your booking request via the client portal, how to book
- You’ll receive an automatic email confirming your request was received (check your spam, but please contact the office if not).
- Your request will either be confirmed by a reply email, or we will contact you with any questions
- Once accepted, your place is held until November, when we’ll confirm dates and request your non-refundable deposit.
- After your deposit/payment is received, your booking is fully confirmed.

🐾 Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required in November to secure your booking.

Final balance is due by 15 December or 5 days before departure (whichever comes first).

For short-notice bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

🐾 Cancellations & Changes

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change so we can offer your slot to another client.

Date changes or cancellations after 15 December incur a $25 administration fee.

Once visits have commenced, standard Peak Season cancellation policies apply.

Early returns or late departures are non-refundable or transferable.

🐾 During Your Holiday

You’ll receive daily service reports and sweet snaps of your furry friends by email, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing your pets are in loving hands.

If you’d like to contact your sitter, simply reply to your service report email and your message will go directly to them.

For general enquiries, cancellations, or schedule changes, please reach out to our friendly office team — sitters aren’t able to make booking changes.
